Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Golf towel sets must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at wybirdiehunter@gmail.com

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you'd like to swap your towel set for a different color combination, we're happy to help — just reach out at wybirdiehunter@gmail.com

Non-Returnable Items Custom or personalized towel sets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items If your golf towel set arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at wybirdiehunter@gmail.com with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
